Why now? Users replies Shehu Sanni defence of of ACF

Some Nigerians have revealed their concern over the supposedly shady comments by Arewa Consultative Forum.

Following the declaration by the Arewa Consulting Forum, ACF, over their frustration about the insecurity ravaging the Northern part of the country, Senator Shehu Sanni has claimed that such declaration shows that the region is no more in support of the current administration.

The North which has repeatedly thrown their weight behind the Buhari-led administration, even during the endSars saga, openly implored the President to resign if he is not capable, after the president reportedly told some governors he can not wait to hand over the helm of affair to the eventual winner of the upcoming 2023 general election.

In response to this, Shehu Sanni who is a PDP member and an activist reveals that such a comment after strong support of the president, is sign that the region is tired of the current administration.

Sen. Shehu Sanni posted, "The Arewa Consultative Forum has over the years supported & defended the President hundred percent.Their open & direct rebuke & denunciation of this Government,on insecurity,via a statement they issued yesterday,ended the regional solidarity.A home support lost by failures."

However, while some concerned Nigerians do not find the the comments reasonable at this time of the president's tenure, some others believe it is just a dishonest way to fraternised themselves with other regions of the country.

@Ebesekayer  wrote "Why did they not condemn him after his first 3years when the signs of failure started manifesting? Why did they not condemn him last year? Waited till the last minute before condemning him? so they can pitch their tent with someone else. Medicine after death".

@Goodpikin2 added, "They should keep their rebuke. Who rebuke ep? We have re-enforced failure in the last 8 years because PMB is 'our brother' politics. The entire North is on fire but everyone has been mute. Show me one nation in the world where sectional politics have worked? Its too late".
