The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People's Party(NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso hashtag picked Bishop Pastor Isaac Idahosa of God First Ministry Assembly, as his running for the 2023 presidential election.

The former governor of Kano State has finally picked the clergyman after much hunt for a running mate and failed talk with the Labour Party to form an alliance.
His choice of Bishop Idahosa to form a Muslim-Christian may be deemed strategic by many political analysts as such combination is favoured by most Nigerians.
This will also leaves the All Progressives Congress, APC, with a damp hope of not been the only party with a Muslim-Muslim candidates after the party's presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, who is a Muslim picked a former governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima who is also a Muslim.
Bishop Isaac Idahosa is the presiding Bishop and senior pastor of God First Ministry, popularly known as Illumination Assembly situated in Lekki Lagos.
He started the church more than 25 years ago with few members at the City of Minna in Niger State. He has been married to his wife, for 22years and they are both blessed with two lovely children, Christabel and Apostle. He is a Preacher, Gospel Singer with three albums to his credit, Writer, Inspirational Speaker among many others.
