Nigerian man to sponsor Mmesoma

A Nigerian man whose twitter ID is Bitcoin Chief has revealed his plan to sponsor embattled Nigerian girl who forged her JAMB result to become the pseudo highest scorer in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma, a 19-year old student from Anambra State was alleged forgery after she disclosed her result of 362 from the just released JAMB results which arrogated her a N10 million award from the Anambra State government.

However, in less than 4 days later, the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB revealed that she had forged the claimed results and would be banned for 3 years over such misdemeanour.

After much investigation, including an independent committee by the Anambra State government, Mmesoma was indicted and found to have actually forged her score from her actual 249 to 362. She then publicly admitted to forging her score and made her contrition known.

While almost of all her supporters have backed off and rail against her deceitful act, one person known on twitter as "Bitcoinchief" has revealed his plan to sponsor the embattled girl.

In his open letter, the supposedly Bitcoin guru claimed that Mmesoma shouldn't be treated differently from the country's elected representatives who are celebrated despite committing more atrocities than the young student.

"If you want us to accept, celebrate and defend a President who rigged Election with Forged Certificate, we must also not destroy Little Girl's future with a forged certificate", he wrote.

DEAR ALL!

I will still sponsor Mmesoma. Whether she agreed or not that's not my problem. Suppose illegality was not celebrated openly like INEC swearing in a President who didn't win the Elections, A president with a Forged Certificate and no trace of Primary to University Education, If Nigeria didn't celebrate Elected officials who rig elections, etc. Young people won't see a reason to forge certificates and be celebrated openly. While we address this, we must look at the entire society.

If you want us to accept, celebrate and defend a President who rigged Election with Forged Certificate, we must also not destroy Little Girl's future with a forged certificate.

I will personally call her and explain to her that JAMB numbers don't define how far she can go in life and next time she shouldn't bother Forging one.

Whenever we are ready to clean the mess society has become we will start with public officials many who are elected with forged certificates. They are the bad examples People like Mmesoma are copying from.

She has made a mistake and she must be corrected and shown the right path for next time!
